By accessing and using the free and premium coloring pages on this site, you agree to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale of the coloring pages—whether altered or unaltered—is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
2. Image Sharing
Users may share coloring pages or their completed artwork only if:
- A visible link back to the original page (e.g.,
https://colorly.art/image/example) is included. - Credit is given to the site or the original artist (if named).
- The image is not modified to remove branding, watermarks, or copyright notices.
Sharing completed artwork on social media is allowed and encouraged, with appropriate attribution.
3. Generated Images
When using our AI image generation tool:
- You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the generated images for personal use, including coloring, sharing, or printing.
- You may not claim the generated image as entirely original or resell it without meaningful transformation.
- We reserve the right to feature user-generated images in promotional content, public galleries, or marketing unless you opt out via your profile settings.
4. Live Coloring with Friends
Our live collaboration features (e.g., real-time shared coloring rooms) are subject to the following rules:
- Be respectful to others; harassment, abuse, or disruption may lead to account suspension.
- Do not upload or distribute offensive, copyrighted, or inappropriate content.
- Room hosts and moderators may remove users or end sessions at their discretion.
Activity in public rooms may be logged for moderation and improvement purposes.
5. Download Limits & Access
To ensure fair use:
- We may limit daily downloads or image generations per user or IP.
- Automated scraping or download bots are strictly prohibited.
- Premium users may enjoy expanded access as described in their subscription.
